Battery replacement is included within alarm maintenance and is a crucial part of looking after your CCTV cameras and monitored alarm system.
Verisure aims to make the installation process as straightforward as possible. Your security specialist will work with you throughout the installation, explain what they're doing, and carry out the work with minimal disruption - while ensuring the system is installed correctly.

Verisure alarm systems feature a lifetime guarantee and ongoing maintenance as part of their monthly subscription, meaning the overall hardware can effectively last indefinitely while you’re a customer. However, specific components like batteries will need replacing periodically, and software updates will need to be issued (though this is included in the monthly maintenance fee).
In order for your security alarm to work as it should, you need to have an active subscription with Verisure. This monthly fee ensures that your monitored alarm system is fully operational and is connected to the ARC without interruption.
