What happens when my home alarm is triggered?

If your home alarm is triggered, an alert is sent directly to the Verisure Alarm Centre. This could mean different things, which is why one of our Verisure specialists will examine what is happening through the cameras. Our specialised staff then will determine whether it is necessary to send private security patrol (provided by a PSA Security Guard (Static) licensed partner) and/or emergency services (e.g., police, fire service, ambulance, etc.).
