The SVK: Siren, Voice, Keypad
Your Verisure SVK brings three security solutions together in one security alarm panel: a loud siren to see off anyone who shouldn’t be there, a two-way voice channel that connects you straight to a trained security expert, and a smart keypad you use to arm and disarm the system.
It sits at the heart of your home security, and once it’s fitted, most of your day-to-day protection is handled from this single device or from the My Verisure app on your phone.
You can set it to guard the whole house while you’re away, protect just the perimeter when you’re home for the evening, or watch an outdoor zone while you’re pottering in the garden.
If something isn’t right, an SOS function lets you raise the alarm yourself, and because there’s built-in Bluetooth, you can register a key fob for each member of your family.

When the alarm is triggered, the built-in siren is loud enough to carry well beyond your four walls, so anyone nearby knows something is happening at your address and an intruder has every reason to abandon the job and leave. Two-way VoicePad
The voice side of the SVK is a full-duplex, two-way communication system, which is a technical way of saying you can talk and listen at the same time, the way you would on an ordinary phone call. If your alarm goes off, one of our security experts can speak to you through the panel and hear what is happening. Someone is on hand around the clock, every day of the year.
Smart Keypad
From the alarm keypad, you can arm everything when you head out, set a home mode that protects the perimeter while you relax inside, or switch to an outdoor mode that watches your property boundary. If you’d rather not touch the keypad at all, the same controls are available in the My Verisure app.

Using your Verisure SVK

Arming and disarming with the keypad
To arm the system, choose your mode on the keypad and the SVK confirms the setting with a sound and a short voice prompt. Disarming works the same way with your code. If you set the wrong mode by mistake, you can change it there and then without waiting for anything to reset.
Using your key fob
Each registered key fob arms and disarms the system for the person carrying it with a tap or swipe, which is handy for children coming home from school or anyone who would rather not tap in a code. Your SVK is the control panel for your alarm, and most day-to-day use comes down to arming it when you leave, disarming it when you get back, and switching between home, away and outdoor modes on the keypad.
The panel confirms each change, and you can do all of the same things from the My Verisure app if you prefer.
